Looking for some inspiration of how to prepare your porridge in the morning?
We're in love with this smoothie bowl by Gopi. A very berry breakfast that is loaded with nutrients - a perfect way to start a day. It will definitely give you the energy your body needs. And no heat involved!!
What you'll need:
4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1/2 cup Red Berry & Pumpkin seed porridge
1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder
1/4 cup frozen berries
A couple of The Protein Ball co Raspberry Brownie balls
Blitz all the ingredients except the protein balls until a thick consistency and top with some feel-good toppings. Our bowl is topped with seeds, peanut butter, coconut, kiwis and raspberry brownie bites!
