Vegan double chocolate fudge baked oats

Double chocolate bakes oats is a perfect way to satisfy your sweet cravings while still staying on track. This yummy recipe was developed by Peng, who is an absolute porridge expert.

 

Ingredients:

50g mashed banana/applesauce

1 tbsp peanut butter

55g @greatbritishporridgeco classic chocolate oats

5g cacao powder

110-130ml unsweetened almond milk

1/2 tsp baking powder

(optional) squeeze of lemon juice for cakey-ness!

1 big tbsp @moorishumous 

 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C
  2. Mash the banana and add in all other ingredients except for the chocolate spread
  3. Blend everything together until smooth
  4. Pour into your dish, place a scoop @moorishumous chocolate spread into the centre and bake for 15-17 minutes
  5. Dollop on some more chocolate spread to finish
  6. ENJOY!
