Double chocolate bakes oats is a perfect way to satisfy your sweet cravings while still staying on track. This yummy recipe was developed by Peng, who is an absolute porridge expert.
Ingredients:
50g mashed banana/applesauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
55g @greatbritishporridgeco classic chocolate oats
5g cacao powder
110-130ml unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
(optional) squeeze of lemon juice for cakey-ness!
1 big tbsp @moorishumous
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C
- Mash the banana and add in all other ingredients except for the chocolate spread
- Blend everything together until smooth
- Pour into your dish, place a scoop @moorishumous chocolate spread into the centre and bake for 15-17 minutes
- Dollop on some more chocolate spread to finish
