As springtime beckons, we’re bringing all the spring vibes with a recipe that combines the warmth of baked oats with the nostalgic sweetness of Cadbury Creme Eggs. 

Introducing our Cream Egg Baked Oats - a delightful fusion of comfort and indulgence that will have you eagerly anticipating your morning alarm. 

Our Classic Chocolate Porridge serves as the canvas for a decadent masterpiece that captures the essence of Easter in each spoonful. Whether you’re a seasoned porridge aficionado or a curious culinary adventurer, this breakfast creation promises to make your morning eggstra special.


  • 45g The Great British Porridge Co Classic Chocolate Oats 
  • 80ml Plant-based milk 
  • ½ tsp Baking powder 
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence 
  • 2 Mini Cadbury Creme Eggs 


  • Start by preheating your oven to 180 degrees and greasing an oven-proof baked oats dish. 
  • In a blender, whizz together your oats, milk, baking powder, and vanilla essence, until you have a thick and creamy mixture. 
  • Pour this into your oven-proof dish and leave it to bake on the middle shelf in the oven for around 18 minutes. 
  • Cut your Creme Eggs in half, before placing them on top and popping them back into the oven for a final 2 minutes. 
  • Once the Creme Eggs have melted and the oats have cooked, remove from the oven and enjoy!
