It’s no secret that we love our overnight oats in the summer months - ideal for making the night before to enjoy for breakfast or as healthy dessert idea, the possibilities are endless with these creamy delights.
To celebrate Iced Tea Month and the start of summer, we’ve perfected the ultimate peach iced tea-infused overnight oats recipes. She’s fruity, she’s refreshing and she’s the perfect breakfast to fuel your busy days.
What you’ll need:
- 55g The Great British Porridge Co Oatrageously Original Porridge Mix
- 150ml Lipton Peach Iced Tea
- 1tsp Honey
- 1tsp Vanilla extract
- 50ml Almond milk
- 1tbsp Coco's Organic Mango Passionfruit Yoghurt
- 1/2tsp Chia seeds
- Fresh peaches (to top)
Recipe:
- Start by grabbing your airtight overnight oats container and adding in the oats, along with the iced tea, honey, vanilla, chia seeds, yoghurt, and almond milk. Give all the ingredients a good mix together, ensuring there’s none left unmixed at the bottom of the jar.
- Once well combined, pop your jar into the fridge and leave for at least 6 hours, or overnight for the best results.
- Remove from the fridge the following morning, top with a few slices of fresh peach and another drizzle of honey before sitting down to enjoy before the day ahead!
