Banana and Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
60g The Great British Porridge Co Blueberry & Banana Oats, 80ml Plant-Based Milk, 2tbsp Fat-Free Yoghurt, 2tbsp Honey, Fresh Blueberries, Fresh Banana.
Method
Start by adding half your oats into your jar, along with half of your milk.
Then add 1 tbsp of your fat-free yogurt and a few blueberries. Then add in the remaining oats and milk, before leaving to thicken overnight in the fridge.
Rise and shine, top with the remaining yogurt, along with some fresh blueberries and banana and a drizzle of honey to sweeten.
