Due to the current climate, a lot of us are staying at or working from home. Either way, we need to stick together and ensure that we stay positive- these tips are here to help keep morale up and hopefully motivate you to use this time productively. 

A happy body means better outcomes!


If you are working from home especially, waking up at your normal time and spending the time getting ready will really help you feel prepared for the day before you’ve even started. 

You don’t have to get ready to the same extent as you would when going to work, however recreating the movements will create that working mindset for you.




Enjoy a nutritious and delicious breakfast


This kind of goes without saying, but fueling your body before attempting to do anything is necessary whether you’re staying at home or not. Our choice of course is our delicious porridge putting some yummy fruit on top or enjoying it on its own- it makes for a satisfying meal perfect for the morning. With slow-releasing goodness you’ll notice that you stay fuller for longer and won’t be reaching for mid-morning snacks. Your eyes will thank you for this one!   You don’t want to watch that brand new box set you’ve been wanting to watch all in one go. We don’t know how long we’re going to be in this situation, so I would suggest watching TV at your normal pace. Especially as a lot of production has been put on hold so there might not be anything new coming to our screens for a while. 




Why not try something new!  
There must be something you’ve always wanted to do but never had the time to start. This is that time. Learn a new language online, make a dish you’ve never attempted before or you could even try a home workout. From HIT to yoga there is something for everyone, keeping active is good for your mind as well as your body. These are just our suggestions of course, if they’re not for you I’m sure there’s one you can think of. If you follow our advice then please let us know over on social media
